Official Terms & Conditions for Instagram 10k Giveaway

To celebrate reaching 10,000 Instagram followers, CBFD Tiles is running a free giveaway. This promotion will be conducted under Australian law and Instagram’s promotion guidelines.

Promoter and Eligibility

• Promoter: G AND E TILE IMPORTS Pty Ltd t/a CBFD, Unit 2 / 42 Flood Street, Oran Park, NSW 2570, Australia.
• Who Can Enter: Open only to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or older. Employees of CBFD (and their immediate families) are ineligible.
• No Purchase Necessary: Entry is free. No entry fee or purchase is required to participate.

Promotion Period

• Entry Dates: Entries open at 1:00pm AEST on 3 October 2025 and close at 11:59pm AEDT on 2 November 2025.
• Winner Draw Date: The winner will be drawn on 3 November 2025 using our random online comment picker.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must do all of the following steps in relation to the official giveaway post on the CBFD Instagram page:

1. Follow @cbfdtiles on Instagram.
2. Like the official giveaway Instagram post.
3. Share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tag @cbfdtiles so CBFD can verify the share.
4. Comment on the post, tagging a minimum of three (3) unique Instagram users.

Each valid comment with a minimum of three unique tags counts as one (1) entry. Five (5) bonus entries qualify for participants who send images of projects previously using CBFD official products. Images must be sent during the promotional period via Instagram direct message to @cbfdtiles. Participants may submit multiple entries by leaving additional comments, provided that each comment tags three different users. Automated, duplicate, or spam comments may be disqualified at CBFD’s discretion.

Prize

• Grand Prize: The winner will receive up to 30m² of any in-stock CBFD tile of their choice, two (2) floor wastes or grates, and two (2) concrete basins with matching pop-up wastes, with a total maximum retail value of up to $10,000 AUD.
• Prize Conditions:
  • The prize is product-only. CBFD does not provide installation services or accessories.
  • Shipping within Australia is included. Delivery is to a single Australian address nominated by the winner.
  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, CBFD may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be randomly drawn from all valid entries using our online random comment picker on 3 November 2025.
• The winner will be notified via @cbfdtiles Instagram Story and Direct Message within five (5) business days of the draw.
• The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and CBFD reserves the right to redraw a new winner. Once the winner has accepted the prize, they have up to six (6) calendar months to confirm their choices of product.
• CBFD may require proof of identity, age, and residency before awarding the prize.

Privacy and Publicity

• By entering, participants consent to CBFD collecting their Instagram handle and, if selected as the winner, their name, phone number, email and delivery address for the purpose of administering the giveaway.
• CBFD will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.
• By accepting the prize, the winner consents to CBFD announcing their Instagram handle on CBFD’s Instagram page and other promotional channels, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions and Liability

• Instagram Disclaimer: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants provide their information to CBFD, not Instagram.
• Legal Compliance: This is a game of chance conducted in accordance with Australian trade promotion laws. Any required permits or notifications to regulators have been or will be obtained before the prize draw.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBFD is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered as a result of entering or winning the prize, including but not limited to late, lost, or misdirected entries; technical issues; or force majeure events outside CBFD’s control.
• Disqualification: CBFD reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent information, or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• Unclaimed Prizes: If the winner does not claim the prize within the stated time, CBFD may conduct a redraw and award the prize to another eligible entrant.
• Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
